Cetrulo earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Delaware and has since dedicated his career to supporting middle-market companies. He has consistently delivered impactful results by focusing on partnering with businesses in their early stages, growth phases, and succession planning.

Starting as the managing director at Stephano Slack LLC's Wilmington office, Cetrulo spearheaded the consolidation of 19 companies, leading to exponential team growth from 25 to nearly 700 members within nine years. With over three decades of experience in public accounting and nine years as a CFO, his expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, financial forecasting, and stock options planning.

A respected member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants, Cetrulo serves on the boards of various organizations, including the Horn Entrepreneurship Board at the University of Delaware, the Delaware Deferred Compensation Board, and the Delaware Workforce Development Board.
